The Quechee, Vermont real estate market had a record-breaking first three quarters of 2018, with forty-three (43) sales of single-family homes, up only slightly from 2017, but up 26% compared to any other year on record. As of July 1, there were eleven (11) properties active under contract or pending, most of which will close in the coming months. Given these sales, and the likely addition of several more, the Quechee market is on pace to have its best year on record.
In regard to luxury properties listed for over $1 million, there is currently one property active under contract listed for $1.7 million – 396 Noyes Lane.
