The Norwich, Vermont real estate market saw thirty-six (36) sales of single-family homes during the first three quarters of 2018, matching the same period of 2017. As of this writing there were five (5) properties active under contract or pending, which will likely close in the coming months.
In regard to luxury sales of properties over $1 million, there were five (5) properties that sold in the first three quarters of 2018, tying with 2013 for the most sales over $1 million to close during any year for this period. And as of this writing there was one (1) additional property listed for $1.7 million that is currently active under contract and set to close in the coming months.
