
The Lyme, New Hampshire real estate market saw fifteen (15) sales of single-family homes during the first three quarters of 2018, up 36% compared to the same period in 2017, with eleven (11) sales. The median price of homes sold during this period was $515,000, up from $490,000 in 2017, following a gradual rising trend since 2015. Currently there are four (4) properties active under contract and set to close in the coming months.
In regard to luxury sales of properties over $1 million, there was just one sale, for $1.3 million, during the first three quarters of this year, and a second property now under contract and set to close in the coming months.
