
The Pomfret, Vermont real estate market saw seven (7) sales of single-family homes during the first half of 2018, up just slightly from 2017, which saw six (6) sales. Snyder Donegan was pleased to represent either the purchaser or the seller in four (4) of the seven (7) sales that transpired. As of July 1 there were two (2) properties active under contract and set to close in the coming months.
In regards to luxury properties, there has been one sale above $1 million – 1710 Wild Apple Road – which closed for $2,900,000.
