The Norwich, Vermont real estate market saw twenty-three (23) sales of single-family homes during the first half of 2018, down only slightly from 2017, which saw twenty-nine (29) sales. As of July 1 there were five (5) properties active under contract or pending, which will likely close in the coming months.
In regards to luxury sales of properties over $1 million, there were four (4) properties that sold in the first half of 2018, the most to close during the first half of any given year since 2004. In addition, as of July 1 there was one (1) other property listed for over $1 million currently active under contract and set to close in the coming months. On a personal note, we were pleased to have represented the purchaser in the sale of 17 Bragg Hill Road for $1,116,500.
