The Hartford Vermont real estate market (excluding the village of Quechee) saw thirty-eight (38) sales of single-family homes in the first half of 2018, down 28% compared to the first half of 2017, which saw fifty-three (53) sales. While this decrease is significant, we believe it is largely due to a limited inventory rather than any decrease in buyer demand.
