
The West Windsor, Vermont real estate market had a great first quarter in 2017 with five (5) sales of single-family homes. And as of April 1st there were eight (8) properties active under contract or pending. Most of those properties, and likely several more, will close in the coming months during the second quarter, which should set a record for the number of sales during that period. Given both of these optimistic data points, we believe that the West Windsor VT real estate market will have an exceptional year in 2018 (barring any major national/worldwide economic crises).
