Real Estate Market Report for Bridgewater, Vermont - 2017 in Review

 

2017 was a good year for the Bridgewater, Vermont real estate market.  The chart below shows sales of single-family homes in Bridgewater from 2004 through 2017.  Sales of single-family homes were up 31% in 2017 versus 2016, and up 77% from the lowest point during the recession.
