Year-to-date 2013, Snyder-Donegan Real Estate Group is having our best year ever. We have already sold/closed over $15 million in 2013, up from $11-12 million for the entire calendar years in 2011/2012. We have had many sales across the entire price spectrum, from $60,000 land listings and houses priced in the 200s, 300s, 500s, 900s. We also captured both Buyer and Listing side of the highest priced sale in the Woodstock area YTD 2013, a $3.75mm sale in S. Woodstock. In total we have been on thirty-two (32) sides of transactions (buyer or seller) so far this year.
On the new listing side, we have garnered the lion's share of new listings in Woodstock, Barnard, Pomfret, West Windsor, Hartland and Reading. For example, in the past 30 days Snyder-Donegan has taken on forty-seven percent (47%) of all new listings awarded to all brokers in Woodstock and the six towns around it. his year as the listing broker of choice on $1 million+ properties, and now have fourteen (14) properties listed over $1 million including eight (8) that are listed over $2 million.
