The National Association of Realtors conducted research into why BUYERS chose to work with one broker, or a "buyer broker" to help them purchase real estate.  Here are some of the top reasons they surfaced in their studies:

# Helped me understand the buying and real estate process

# Expanded or narrowed search results

# Improved my knowledge of the search area

# Provided a better list of service providers

# Helped with purchase and sale contracts

# Shortened home search

# Provided lender information
