The 2010 Woodstock VT Wassail Parade was a huge hit this year. There we about 30 entries and all the horses (and riders) were beautiful. The town was hopping and there were a few thousand people lining the streets and Town Green in Woodstock. The Green Mountain Horse Association - GMHA always does a great job pulling together a festive holiday parade for all of us. Retail sales were strong (up about 8%) and thankfully the weather was ideal. This traditional Woodstock event is a perfect start to the Holiday season. This event occurs just outside the Snyder Donegan Real Estate office in downtown Woodstock. After the parade come on upstairs and search the VT MLS for listings!
