We have completed our second quarter Residential Real Estate Market Report for the Greater Woodstock Real Estate Market. The report provides statistics on the number of homes for sale, prices, days on market, number of sold/closed homes, closing price vs last listed price and the number of homes sold and for sale over $1 million. In addition to 2010 data, we also present 10 years of historical data for comparison and context. Further, we have prepared the data for each of the seven towns in the "Greater Woodstock Area" including Pomfret, Barnard, Hartland, Bridgewater, Reading and West Windsor.
