As an experienced real estate professional, Julie brings a meticulous attention to detail, a warmth and integrity to all her dealings with clients.   She has represented buyers and sellers of luxury properties - both in Vermont and New Hampshire - assisting clients in numerous transactions ranging from $1 million to nearly $3 million.  She also enjoys helping her many friends and neighbors with all of their real estate needs.  Her commitment to professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service ensures that each client receives an experience tailored to their individual goals and circumstances.

Today, Julie and her husband (Tad), their daughter (Taylor) - and their two Golden Retrievers (Chloe and Rosie) - enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the White Mountains and embarking on cross-country road trips in search of historic towns and cities, memorable experiences, and exceptional culinary discoveries. Her appreciation for place, history, and community is reflected in the thoughtful way she helps her clients find not simply a house, but a home and a place where life can unfold. Julie enjoys hiking, tennis, skiing, snowmobiling and baking in her spare time. 

Julie is equally passionate about giving back to the communities she holds dear. She volunteers with the Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society, creating monthly highlight videos that bring attention to the animals in their care and help connect them with loving homes. She is also the head breeder of Golden Chimes Golden Retrievers, an established program with carefully documented championship lineage recognized by the American Kennel Club.

Julie graduated from Woodstock High School and earned her BS - Nutrition and Dietetics - from the University of Vermont.
